13 May 2011 (day 58) - Carpenter time

Before work, I stopped by at the site, there were three people worked at site. Started putting frame, looks like doing lego with nail gun.

I took some pictures while they were working.

This area is the corner of my kitchen.

After work, I stopped by again, no body there anymore, but almost all frame have been put down

Very impressed with their speedy work. Hope all will be good, the floor size matched with the plan and the most important thing my supplied main door plus frame matched with these treated pine frame.

Today I got email as weel from the office, revise the quotation for my off white mortar. Now the cost is additional $554 above $1475. Therefore the upgrade to off white mortar with white sand is about $2000. Win win solution.

The admin fee $200 still there. But I email asked if we can rectify the raked bricks ourselves later on. Hope they will agree.
