January 2011 - inspection by DA coordinator

Get email from BCC that the DA coordinator need to inspect the site on the 18 January 2011.
Back in Brisbane 16 January 2011 to meet with the inspection.
Everything going well, there is no constraint on the approval and no further docs required as told by the DA coordinator on inspection. Just wait for the approval to come

Our building contract is dated 19 January 2011 after both party signed them.
Another deposit paid to balance 5% of building contract.
