Reviewing the quotation for upgrading to politec createc gloss on kitchen cabinet those received last friday, what kind of laminate is these? $3400 excluding kitchen island cabinet. Send email for query about any credit for own handles supplied etc. Hope get the feedback soon for decision.
Still waiting for the feedback about putting 4.5KW solar electricity on the roof. The builder hasn't get answer from his engineer wether the roof are strong enough to support these panels. It has been 6 working days, maybe they are very busy. I will be very dissapointed if the answer later is not possible. We have been talking to the builder since the beginning of contract negotiation that we gonna put solar panels on the roof and I have write down on the carpentry plan to strengthen the roof for solar panels. He said that he didn't get the configuration of the panels till three weeks ago........ Well just bring it to the Lord.
Other thing that to be solved this week is about the ducted air conditioning. We have write down in the contract to have three phase outdoor unit, but they offer one phase unit with only 15K capacity. Sent email would 15KW capable to cool 4 bedrooms house with 3 meters ceiling and asked about the three phase outdoor type.
At the weekend I went to several display houses and all of them using 18KW for single level house with 2.5 meters ceiling and 25KW for double storey house. These is the right capacity.
I ask quoation separately from independent supplier and he quote me to have 25KW. He said if I want to use 20KW, need to set 2 zone off to cool the house at summer time. He didn't recommended something below 20KW cause my ceiling is 3 meters. Hope their dealer will realise this.
