Working on development application, we decide to do it by ourselves, saving some money for other things.
There are 3 forms to be filled in and 2 forms checklist and House Code. Got alot of assistance from officer at BCC. Of course the builder also help with some points and drawings of plans.
Time is running fast as we are heading for one month december break, Bali dive safari, 14 December 2010, one day before leaving Brisbane we submit our application. We have to put advertisement on the front of the block about this development application and the process will take about 40 working days before BCC get back to us.
So leave the process to HIM, everything will be beautiful on time. Enjoy dive time...........
In the mean time the builder prepare the contract and I signed the contract on 14 December 2010.
