Praise the Lord!
September 2010, we signed a purchase contract on a land where we gonna build our home.
This ending the two years hunting on and off for the right location and price.
It seems like this is the right one for us as our offer were accepted as well as financing application approved and settlement was done in October 2010.
Next step is finding the builder.........
Everybody talks and build with metricon. They have a very beautiful display homes, attractive offers and package. The 25 years warranty on the structural is a solid reason to build with them. I love their display homes,...but I have my own design which apparently not close enough with metricon's design.
This reason make me browse and look at a numbers of builder's design.
We look at other builder such as GJG with Freshwater, Metricon with Chelsea and Soho, Plantation with Retreat ..........and to the builder's next door.
